Eider Barracks, Rendsburg

The historic, listed Eider Barracks building, dating back to 1903, was converted into new premises for 900 Grad Steuerberatung in under six months. During the renovation, construction company BauCraft S. from Strande encountered numerous challenges. Rigips Levelline was used as edge protection for the numerous corner formations with partly very unusual angles. Additionally, a 550 m² F90 fire protection ceiling was created using Rigips Die Dicke 25. Installing the facing shell was also very challenging due to the ceiling height of almost five metres. The entire floor area was upgraded using Rigidur HF 30 screed elements on Rigidur levelling compound. Through careful and meticulous restoration work, the old building's charm was preserved, creating a unique working environment for the tax consultancy.
