Gypsum fiberboards are used not only for ceiling and wall constructions; they are also the preferred material for floors in new buildings and renovated old buildings by many craftsmen and planners. This is because Rigidur screed elements are made of highly compressed gypsum material reinforced with special paper fibers. The surrounding 50 mm wide stepped edge also allows for a strong and overlapping installation, creating a cohesive dry screed surface.

To achieve specific insulation properties, Rigidur screed elements are offered with various insulating materials laminated on the back.

Depending on the requirements for permissible loads, sound and fire protection, and thermal insulation, you will always find the right product with us. The components filling, adhesive, insulation strips, and screws complete the flooring into a tested system from a single source.
