Participants of the 14th Rigips Trophy
The new St Michael’s daycare centre was constructed as a replacement building for the existing facility using timber construction. A total of 700 m² of floor space across two storeys was converted into new group rooms featuring large glazed areas and Rigitone Activ’Air 8-15-20 Super acoustic perforated ceilings, ensuring a pleasant indoor acoustic environment. All Rigitone Activ’Air ceilings were installed without wall connections, with surrounding horizontal gypsum board mouldings and 60 mm high upstands made of prefabricated gypsum board elements with integrated lighting.
The entire gypsum board surface was finished with Q3-level jointing using Rigips ProMix Plus ready-mix joint compound.
