As part of the extensive renovation and new construction of the Spa & Resort Hotel Moselschlösschen, modern spaces were created to meet today’s hotel guests' increased comfort expectations. The first challenge for the drywall construction company was the lack of detailed specifications, necessitating close coordination with the hotel management and Rigips technicians. However, this ultimately led to highly convincing results. Over several months, spaces that met the required standards, compliance requirements and, most importantly, the client's expectations were thus created. The drywall constructions implemented had to meet a number of requirements: In the spa and sauna areas, adequate moisture protection was essential. Wall and ceiling constructions in the hotel rooms and corridors had to comply with strict fire protection and soundproofing criteria. Additionally, the drywall company used its in-house expertise to fulfil the design specifications. For example, the production of custom elements and edges for the numerous light coves and indirect lighting was carried out with the utmost precision and individuality using a CNC-controlled panel milling machine. Thanks to effective coordination with construction management and all the other trades involved, this resulted in the creation of true feel-good spaces.
