Nominated in the Drywall Category at the 13th Rigips Trophy

The Criminological Central Office in Wiesbaden is centred around a two-storey house that was originally built in 1830 as a standalone structure. An orthogonal extension facing the courtyard was added in the late 19th century. A particular challenge of the comprehensive modernisation work was the implementation of complex fire protection constructions while adhering to monument preservation requirements. AM Drywall professionals installed numerous F90 cladding boards on the existing wooden beam ceilings and steel structure. The office and hallway ceilings were fitted with ceiling recesses and lighting coves to enhance the appearance of the building. Additionally, the ceiling of a gateway was clad with the moisture-resistant Rigips Glasroc X board.
