Sustainable and maximally flexible

Rigips RigiMove meets all the requirements of modern room concepts. This innovative wall system stands out thanks to its sustainable reusability, resource conservation and maximum flexibility. It offers a high degree of adaptability and freedom in floor planning, making it ideal for temporary or permanent modular room systems in offices, exhibition spaces and for renovations. Thanks to its reusability, the partition wall can be assembled and disassembled at any time. All essential components can be reused repeatedly, thereby strengthening the circular economy, reducing waste and easing the burden on the environment.

The "framework" consists of telescopic I- and C-modular profiles. Thanks to their special geometry, the fold-out head and foot sections ensure precise alignment and stability. The profiles are tensioned between the floor and ceiling and can be fixed securely using the integrated quick clamps.
The RigiMove System Boards 12.5 feature a tongue-and-groove system on their longitudinal edges, enabling the boards to be connected precisely to each other. This creates a smooth surface that does not require joint plastering, providing the ideal base for high-quality coatings.

Fast, simple, clean

Installing the flexible partition wall requires no complicated construction work. Screwing, joint filling and sanding are not necessary. The framework consists of telescopic I- and C-profile modules. The fold-out head and foot sections ensure precise alignment and stability thanks to their special geometry. The profiles are tensioned between the floor and ceiling and can be fixed securely using the integrated quick clamps.

The RigiMove system is insulated with the Akustic TP 1 Lanaé partition wall slab from ISOVER. This slab has been specially developed for indoor use and offers a healthy living environment with climate-friendly properties. When combined with the system boards, the wall construction provides excellent soundproofing performance, achieving a Rw value of 51 dB.
Two options are available for the final coating: Adfors Novelio Fusion glass fibre wallpaper and Adfors Vlies EasyOff painter's fleece. Both can be easily applied and later removed without leaving residue.

Performance with the system

RigiMove's exceptional physical properties are achieved by cladding it with 12.5 mm RigiMove system boards.  These boards have a tongue-and-groove system on their long edges, allowing them to be connected precisely and securely to each other. This creates a smooth surface that does not require joint filling, providing the ideal base for high-quality coatings. The vertical studs are equipped with modular hook-and-loop tape (hook tape) to attach the system boards. The boards themselves have plate hook-and-loop tape (loop tape) on the back, enabling quick and easy installation and disassembly later on.
