The fine filler can be applied evenly and effortlessly over the entire surface using the time-saving, labour-efficient airless spray method. The explanatory videos show the individual processing steps in detail, from preparing the wall and ceiling surfaces to loading and final cleaning of the airless machine, ensuring that brilliant white surfaces in top Q3 and Q4 quality can be achieved easily and cost-effectively. ProMix Airless stands out thanks to its high whiteness level, which makes it ideal for creating beautiful interior spaces. This filler can be applied using standard airless spraying devices and comes in buckets made from 100 per cent recycled materials. This ready-to-use filler provides an exceptionally smooth and even base for subsequent finishing layers. Thanks to its consistently high quality, texture and stability, ProMix Airless is recommended for full-surface application to various substrates, including plasterboard, sand-lime brick, plaster, concrete and aerated concrete.
Step-by-step to the perfect surface
The six video tutorials, each lasting about one to one-and-a-half minutes, demonstrate how to perfectly execute the full-surface application of ProMix Airless step-by-step. For instance, the videos show how the filler can be taken directly out of the bucket like a dough ball and placed into the airless machine's hopper. For larger quantities, the filler can be poured into a mortar tub, from which it can be drawn into the airless machine. The videos also explain how to handle the airless spray gun correctly, using even movements to apply the filler uniformly across the wall surface. Key factors here include selecting the right nozzle and maintaining the optimal distance from the wall.

The special system accessories include perfectly coordinated filler tools, which can be purchased either individually or as part of a six-piece set in a suitcase. This set contains Rigips H flat fillers measuring 250 mm, 450 mm and 600 mm, an extension pole, a 150 mm screw-grip filler and a roller trowel with a frame. Additional surface preparation tools include two double-blade smoothers measuring 280 mm and 350 mm respectively. The final video in the series demonstrates how to easily and thoroughly clean the airless machine after completing the tasks.
