New brochure from RIGIPS provides information on high-performance room-in-room solutions

RigiRaum – the fast, efficient and cost-efficient alternative for creating free‑standing room‑in‑room solutions in existing buildings and new constructions

In its new brochure,  "RigiRaum by RIGIPS – Freestanding Modular Rooms with a System", the drywall specialist provides craftsmen, architects and planners with a comprehensive compendium of versatile solutions for quickly and efficiently implementing modern, functional room-in-room systems in existing buildings and new constructions. Spanning approximately 70 pages, this clearly designed reference guide contains many practical case studies and introduces the diverse application areas of RigiRaum constructions. It also summarises all the technical fundamentals of topics such as planning, structure, stability and fire protection in an easy-to-understand way. Specific implementation variants are also listed, along with relevant planning and calculation data. Another advantage is the integrated links, including to a newly developed tutorial video on the subject. The brochure is now available to download on the central landing page at www.rigips.de/rigiraum.

RigiRaum by RIGIPS, as a freestanding and independent modular room, is the ideal solution when large spaces need to be divided or additional room scenarios created. The tested system solution has proven equally successful for the installation of office and meeting rooms or control booths in production halls, as well as for the subdivision of floor spaces or as room partitions in exhibition areas, spacious reception halls, or residential spaces.

Flexible, lightweight and quick to assemble with readily available components

The immediate advantages of the variable system solution are clear: RigiRaum constructions are versatile and can be assembled quickly and cost-effectively. They are also lightweight, which is particularly advantageous in existing buildings with challenging structural conditions. RigiRaum contributes to increased sustainability, especially in existing structures, because it enables existing spaces to be repurposed without altering the infrastructure.

The room-in-room system by RIGIPS uses the well-established drywall method exclusively with standard components, such as Rigips profiles, plasterboards and fillers. The key point is that no special profiles or other specialised components are required. Since these components are usually available from specialist retailers or can be easily acquired, construction projects with RigiRaum can be realised at short notice.

The room-in-room system can be planned as freestanding, in a corner or along solid walls, depending on requirements. Seamless coupling of multiple RigiRaum units is also possible. The new brochure, "RigiRaum by RIGIPS – Freestanding Modular Rooms with a System", includes detailed information and a range of exciting reference projects showcasing innovative implementations of RigiRaum solutions. It is now available for download at www.rigips.de/rigiraum. A printed version of the brochure can be requested from the relevant Rigips regional manager.
