Rigitone is a comprehensive range of acoustic boards from RIGIPS for creating high-quality ceiling surfaces. In addition to their exceptional acoustic performance, the boards impress with their aesthetic appeal and design versatility. With a variety of perforation patterns and seamless installation, they can be used to create harmonious and architecturally elegant ceiling designs. Furthermore, all Rigitone perforated boards come with the Activ’Air premium indoor air purification effect as standard, and are recommended by the Sentinel Haus Institut as a healthy construction material.

Ready for use immediately without preparation

The new, optimised edges of the Rigitone perforated boards allow you to achieve an effective, seamless acoustic ceiling even faster. The time-consuming process of sanding and priming edges on site is now a thing of the past, as all Rigitone acoustic ceiling boards are supplied with factory-bevelled and primed edges, ready for immediate processing. The factory preparation also ensures that the filler dries evenly in the joint bed, creating particularly flat joints. Using the approved and proven Rigitone Mix System can further reduce installers' working time significantly.

Save even more time with Rigitone Mix ready-to-use filler

The "fix & finish" filler solution from RIGIPS can also be used immediately, as there is no need for the mixing process required for conventional fillers. The filler compound is supplied in a practical tube and simply inserted into the gun that comes with the Rigips ReadyMix Filler Set. In addition to the clear time-saving benefits, installers also benefit from the lightweight “loaded” gun, which makes overhead work significantly easier. The smooth consistency of the high-performance and highly economical Rigitone Mix system is permanently ensured through storage in the tube.
