14th Rigips Trophy 2024 | 2025

Expert jury selects winners in the prestigious drywall competition

Now in its 14th year, the Rigips Trophy is Germany's most prestigious drywall competition, honouring the best specialist companies for exceptional achievements. On 8 October 2024, a jury of experts selected three winning projects and awarded three additional special prizes. The specialist companies responsible for these projects will be honoured at a festive gala event in early 2025.

As part of an organisational realignment, some changes have been made to the Rigips Trophy, and more changes are still to come. In the current competition, three winning projects will be honoured in the following categories: "Culture Education Leisure," "Office Production," and "Ceiling Solutions". Additionally, three exceptional drywall projects will be recognised with special prizes.

On 8 October, the expert jury reviewed and evaluated all competition entries submitted to determine the award-worthy projects. The jury's final decisions will be announced at the awards ceremony in Dresden on 15 February 2025.

Karin Melder is the long-standing coordinator of the Rigips Trophy: "In addition to the new competition categories, two high-profile new additions were made to the expert jury: Lars Kämpfe from the Bau-ABC Construction Training and Education Centre and Markus Langenbach from RM Rudolf Müller Medien GmbH & Co. KG. Together, the jurors evaluated and discussed the entries, ultimately making the eagerly awaited decision. We are looking forward to announcing the outcome at the gala in Dresden."
