Rigips ProMix Airless is a ready-to-use fine spray filler for interior use, designed for full-surface application on plasterboard, concrete, rough render and other substrates.

Thanks to its very high whiteness level, Rigips ProMix Airless provides an optimal base for all subsequent wall designs. This fine spray filler has excellent flow properties, is wipe-resistant and highly stable, and is ready to use immediately.

The Rigips ProMix Airless filler has been specially designed for use with airless technology in machines. It can be applied using standard airless equipment, such as the Wagner PS 3.39.

Finished surfaces of quality levels Q3 or Q4 can be achieved particularly cost-effectively.

The Rigips ProMix Airless is ready to use straight away and comes in a handy filler bucket made from 100% recycled material. The filler can be removed from the bucket in one piece, either directly into the airless machine's hopper or into a larger container for processing several buckets at once. Stir if necessary to achieve a uniform consistency.

The substrate must be free of movement, load-bearing, firm and dry. It must also be free of cracks, dust, grease, contamination and non-load-bearing coatings.

To achieve the best processing quality, the temperatures of the air, material and substrate must be between +5°C and 30°C.

Spray on using suitable machinery and then smooth over. Consumption amounts may vary depending on the type of substrate.
