AS "TOP EMPLOYER 2022"
Saint-Gobain Germany has been named a "TOP Employer" again this year. This means it has been one of the best employers in the country for 15 years in a row. Once again, all Saint-Gobain companies in Germany have been given the "TOP Employer Germany 2022" award. This award is given to companies that are really good employers. The certification is based on a survey that is carried out every year among the world's leading employers.
Companies that are certified as Top Employers put their employees first and offer them a great working and development environment. The basis of the assessment is a detailed questionnaire about HR best practices. This covers six major HR dimensions and 20 HR areas, such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Employee Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion. This year, the program has recognised over 1,857 Top Employers in 123 countries/regions across five continents.
Saint-Gobain companies in Germany were especially strong in sustainability, diversity and inclusion. It's also important to mention the progress made in how organisations are run and how they deal with change. The good results we've had in the past few years have been carried on in the other groups too.
