RIGIPS: updated gypsum fibre installation guidelines
Professionally implement robust solutions for walls, ceilings, roofs and floors
Following a comprehensive revision of the processing guidelines for gypsum fibreboards, RIGIPS is now providing its trade and skilled craft partners with two updated informational brochures. In addition to valuable fundamental knowledge, the new "Processing Guidelines for Walls, Ceilings and Roofs with Rigidur Gypsum Fibreboards" (www.rigips.de/vr_rigidur) and "Processing Guidelines for Floors with Rigidur Floor Elements" (www.rigips.de/vr_rigidur_boden) contain many practical tips that facilitate the professional execution of high-quality gypsum fibre constructions.

As part of the update, the processing guidelines for walls, ceilings, and roofs were updated to include revised specifications for joint treatment, staple fixing, and possible profile extensions for partition walls and facing shells. Instructions for creating door openings and all practice-relevant data sheets were also brought up to the latest technical standards. The processing guidelines for using Rigidur floor elements were expanded to include, among other things, the weights of bonded fill materials as well as updated sound insulation standards and values. In addition to the new guidelines, several clear video tutorials are available online that show, in animated form, the correct way to work with dry screeds.
Interactive and informative
Both brochures have the advantage of convenient interactive features: both the tables of contents and all cross-links, for example, to specific Rigips systems, lead with a single click directly to further information – saving time and effort when planning and implementing high-quality gypsum fibre constructions for walls, ceilings, roofs, and floors. All information about the Rigidur gypsum fibre range can also be found at www.rigips.de/rigidur.
