Customer service further optimised

ISOVER and RIGIPS restructure their sales organisation

Following a comprehensive restructuring and harmonisation of the German sales regions, ISOVER and RIGIPS are investing in optimising their customer support further. The three newly aligned regions — North, West and South/East — which now cover the same areas for both companies, are managed by three experienced sales professionals.

Daniel Eller took up his new role as Head of Sales North for ISOVER and RIGIPS in mid-September. The newly structured West and South/East regions continue to be led by Andreas Müller and Andreas Heidrich, respectively. Both brands continue to be managed separately at the level of sales management, with additional personnel. For example, Pero Zlatunic will take over management of the newly created Hannover/Bremen/Emsland region and parts of North Rhine-Westphalia for RIGIPS. Nikolaus Cieslinski will become the ISOVER sales manager for Bavaria.

Meanwhile, Kai Kattler took on the role of Head of Sales for Technical Insulation and Export at ISOVER this summer, and Michael Batzdorff now heads the Customer Service Centre for ISOVER and RIGIPS. They both report to Sales Director Danijel Lučić. Michael Langer and Markus Wolf, the new Sales Managers for Prefabricated Houses and Export ISOVER/RIGIPS respectively, both report to Kai Kattler.

“With the new sales structure, we are focusing on the strengths of both brands and optimising customer support for our target groups”, explains Sales Director Danijel Lučić. ‘By harmonising the sales regions of ISOVER and RIGIPS, we have created the basis for improved collaboration between the regional and sales managers. At this level, both brands continue to be managed separately, with the sales managers retaining responsibility for both. Consequently, our customers and market partners will receive an even better service from cross-brand specialists, key accounts, and dedicated insulation and drywall professionals.”
