CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT AT ISOVER AND RIGIPS
New leadership team
Following an agreement between Saint-Gobain and Cordula GUDDUSCHAT-GILLET regarding the restructuring of ISOVER and RIGIPS management in Germany, and given that Mrs GUDDUSCHAT-GILLET will be taking on new responsibilities outside the Saint-Gobain Group, the Supervisory Board of SAINT-GOBAIN ISOVER G+H AG appointed Danijel LUČIĆ as Chief Executive Officer at a meeting yesterday. He was also appointed Chairman of the Management Board of Saint-Gobain Rigips GmbH. Yesterday, the ISOVER Supervisory Board also appointed Michael DAWIR to the Executive Board. He was also appointed as a member of the Management Board of Saint-Gobain Rigips GmbH.

Danijel LUČIĆ began his career at ISOVER as a trainee. After holding various positions at Saint-Gobain, he returned to ISOVER on 1 July 2022 as Chief Sales and Marketing Director. He has also been responsible for sales and marketing as Managing Director at RIGIPS since then. Michael DAWIR has been the finance director of both companies since 1 June 2023. He started his career at an auditing firm before joining the Internal Audit department at Saint-Gobain. His subsequent roles at Saint-Gobain included M&A, as well as central controlling and business support.
