For years, walls and ceilings with Q3 or Q4 surfaces featuring matte or glossy finishes have been popular. Consequently, there is a demand for reliable fillers and application techniques that can meet high surface quality standards as simply, quickly and efficiently as possible.

Perfect substrate for all final coatings

With ProMix Airless, RIGIPS has developed a ready-to-use fine spray filler specifically designed for easy and time-saving airless processing (airless atomization). The ready-mixed filler ensures a particularly smooth and even substrate for all subsequent final coatings. It also features excellent flow characteristics, is smudge-proof, and low in tension. Thanks to its consistently high quality, consistency, and stability, ProMix Airless is recommended for full-surface application on various substrates—ranging from gypsum plasterboard, sand-lime brick, and plaster to concrete and aerated concrete.

Filling bucket made from 100 per cent recycled material

Rigips ProMix Airless is offered in a practical 27 kg filling bucket made entirely from recycled material. The filler can be tipped out of the bucket like a ball of dough—directly into the hopper of the airless machine or, for larger quantities, into a mortar tub from which the material is then sucked up. With the airless spray gun, the filler is then applied uniformly across the wall surface in even movements. Once dry, the wall can be sanded either mechanically with 240-280 grit sandpaper or manually with 240 grit sandpaper, if necessary.

Filling tools for the best results

For optimal application of ProMix Airless and the best possible results, RIGIPS offers perfectly coordinated filling tools. The special system accessories are available individually or as a six-piece case set, consisting of Rigips H broad trowels in lengths of 250 mm, 450 mm, and 600 mm, including an extension rod, a 150 mm screw-handle trowel, and a roller filler with a handle. To simplify surface preparation, the system accessories also include two double-bladed smoothing trowels in lengths of 280 mm and
350 mm. The broad trowels and also the double-bladed trowels are made from 0.3 mm thick stainless steel. Their rounded corners and high flexibility significantly facilitate smooth, burr-free finishing of surfaces.
