In-house seminar

After consulting with us, individual seminars can also be booked as in-house seminars at your location in your own training rooms.

For this, please contact us directly. You can either email us at [email protected], or contact your dedicated Rigips representative.

Registration

Registration for a seminar must be made in writing, either by fax or email. Participants will receive written confirmation after their seminar registration has been received. Registrations are processed in the order they are received.

Cancellation of seminars by the customer

Cancellations made up to one week before the start of the seminar are free of charge. For cancellations made after this time, we charge a processing fee of €45. If you do not attend, we will charge you the full fee.

Representation by another person is possible.

Cancellation by the ISOVER RIGIPS ACADEMY

We reserve the right to cancel seminars due to low participant numbers or other unforeseeable circumstances, or to postpone them after consulting with customers. Participants cannot claim compensation for expenses incurred in booking travel or accommodation, or for any other damages in the event of seminar cancellation.

Prices

Seminar fees are charged per participant (except for in-house seminars) and plus the applicable statutory VAT. Our promise: If you leave one of the ISOVER RIGIPS ACADEMY seminars within the first two hours, you do not have to pay the participant fee.

Payment terms

The seminar fee is due immediately upon invoicing without deduction.

Liability, safety regulations

SAINT-GOBAIN ISOVER G+H AG and SAINT-GOBAIN RIGIPS GmbH accept no liability for any damages that arise directly or indirectly from the implementation or non-implementation of an event. The respective safety regulations and accident prevention regulations must be observed. For each seminar, participants must bring safety shoes and work gloves for the practical part.

Rights to training materials and software

We reserve all rights, including translation, reprinting and duplication of the seminar materials or parts thereof. No part of the seminar materials may be reproduced, passed on to third parties, processed, duplicated, distributed or used for public presentation in any form without written permission from SAINT-GOBAIN ISOVER G+H AG and SAINT-GOBAIN RIGIPS GmbH.

The terms and conditions apply to all seminars offered directly by the ISOVER RIGIPS ACADEMY.

When you register for a seminar or online seminar, we will collect your personal data, such as your name, email address and telephone number. We initially process this data for registration purposes and to conduct the seminar. If the seminar is run in collaboration with one of our partner organisations, we will pass your data on to them. We then store your data in our customer database, to which employees of SAINT-GOBAIN ISOVER G+H AG and SAINT-GOBAIN Rigips GmbH have access. If you have consented to receiving further information about seminars, products, offers and promotions from SAINT-GOBAIN ISOVER G+H AG and SAINT-GOBAIN Rigips GmbH during registration, we will use your data to send you these communications.
